Working principle:
Filtration process:
The raw liquid enters the filter through the inlet. During the filtration process, the impurity is accumulated on the stainless steel wedge wire filter element, and the inner impurity is gradually accumulated.
Backwashing process:
When pressure difference or time is reached setted point, the self-cleaning action starts work, the reverse washing rotating arm driven by the deceleration motor is aligned with a filter element, the upper end of the filter element is sealed, the lower end is connected to the cleaning suction nozzle, the back washing valve is opened, the filter element is connected with the blowdown pipe, and the pressure difference between the outer side of the filter element and the blowdown port drives the filtrate to reverse wash the filter cake on the inner surface of the filter element and discharge it into the blowdown pipe. After the backwashing of one filter element, close the backwashing valve, and align the cleaning rotating arm with the next filter element for backwashing. After all filter elements are backwashed one by one, the whole process is completed.
Positioning function:
The drive shaft of the decelerating motor is equipped with a positioning plate and a cleaning rotating arm. Each positioning space distribution on the positioning plate is completely corresponding to each filter element. The cleaning rotating arm is corresponding to the positioning of one hole. When the positioning hole reaches the sensing channel of the positioning sensor, the output signal of the positioning sensor stops the rotation of the electric machine. The cleaning rotating arm is aligned with one filter element. The backwash valve is opened for several seconds and then closed for cleaning After washing, the motor will continue to operate, the next positioning hole will turn on the positioning sensor again, and the next filter element will be cleaned after the motor stops.
