The filter is mainly composed of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel cylinder, stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen with special structure, water flow guide valve, differential pressure controller, electric control box and sewage device. When the filter works, the water flow guide valve is in the open state, the water flows into the filter from the inlet, and flows into the outlet after being filtered by the filter screen. The filter adopts differential pressure control and positioning control to automatically clean the filter screen. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal, the blowdown valve is opened (the water flow guide valve is in the open state), and the impurities adhered to the inner wall of the filter screen are further flushed and discharged. When the water flow guide valve is fully closed, the water flow is forced to enter the outside of the filter screen from the mesh hole in the inlet section of the filter, and most of the net liquid is from the When the outlet flows out, a part of the net liquid enters into the inside of the filter screen from the outside (because the system will be in the pressure relief state, the internal pressure of the filter screen is less than the external pressure), so as to backwash the filter screen. The stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen with special structure can produce spray effect inside the filter screen, and any magazine will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time is over, the electric drain valve is closed and the water flow guide valve is opened. The whole flushing process system can work normally without shutdown.
